Hi, here is my review for the 14 days detox package.
Couldn’t be happier about the result. Attached is the picture of the transformation. Overall, i lost about 2.3 kg, feel less boated and my curves are more obvious now. I did some planking/reverse crunch/oblique crunch before I sleep for 10-15 minutes and swam about twice a week during the 2 weeks. I ate regularly during the detox program, but i replaced rice with potatoes and added more vegetables and chia seeds in my diet. Will definitely recommend this to my other friends.
